200g Spacebar Hemp
500g pasta (f.e. Fettuccine)
60g walnut kernels
60g cashew kernels
120ml soya- or rice milk
1 tbsp treacle
½ bunch of parsley
a little bit of grated lemon peel
Cook the pasta according to the instructions given on the packaging. Whilst the pasta is cooking, cut the Hemp Spacebar into very thin slices, then briefly fry the slices in olive oil.
Mix the nuts together with some water, the vegetable milk and the treacle. Blend the mixture up. Heat up the nut-milk mixture and let it boil down a little. Season with salt and pepper.
Stack the pasta up on a plate and fold in the Spacebar slices. Gently pour the sauce over it, mix the pasta, Spacebar and sauce up and coarsely chop the parsley up, adding this to the mix. Garnish with the grated lemon peeling!
