A Russian-inspired vegan dessert.
Peel the apples and the pear and cut into pieces. Mix these pieces together with the soya cream, the walnuts, rice flakes and the sugar with a mixer or hand blender. Mix until the mixture becomes creamy. Whilst mixing, add the vanilla pod and raisins.
Take the oat biscuits and place one on the bottom of the glass, fill the glass up about half way with the creamy mixture. Then place another biscuit on top. Fill up the rest of the glass with the crème. Scatter some cocoa powder on top and decorate with a mint leaf. Before eating the desert, put the glasses in the fridge for several hours.
