Dab the sausages and roasts with some oil or brush with oil and grill them.

Halve the paprika pods, deseed, wash and cut into bits.

Wash the courgette and aubergine and cut into bits. Peel the onion and also cut into bits. Wash the cherry tomatoes (don’t forget to remove the green root base). Alternately skewer the vegetables. 

Pre-cook the vegetable skewers in hot vegetable stock and drain well.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Mix with the maple syrup, salt, pepper and paprika.

Repeatedly brush some oil onto the vegetable skewers and, just before the vegetables are done, brush some maple syrup on them.

Serve together with the Grill-Mix.
