Pre-heat the oven at 200°.

Wash the tomatoes, halve and then cut them into small cubes. Chop the garlic up into very small pieces, add this to the tomatoes and add some olive oil and the spice mix. Let the mixture draw for a bit.

Cut the ciabatta bread into slices (approx. 1,5 cm thick) and dazzle with some oil. Lay the baking paper onto the oven tray and place the bread on it.

Then lightly fry the VEGANKEBAB plain in a pan with a little olive oil, onion and some mixed spices until it’s crisp. Also separately warm up the spiced tomatoes in the pan.

Take the bread out of the oven after 5-8 minutes, place the tomato-mix and the VEGANKEBAB plain on top. Season with salt, garnish with some basil, voila!
