Fry the gyros in hot oil.
Peel the onions and coarsely chop them up into cubes. Add them to the gyros and sauté them until they are translucent.
Dice the pepper pods, add them and also sauté them for about 5 minutes.
Wash the beans and fold them in together with the diced tomatoes.
Let everything cook again for about 5 minutes. Cut the chives into rolls and add them to the dish. Use a good amount of spices to season the dish.
