Wash the vegetables and chop up, gently fry in a wok with hot peanut oil (firm to the bite) and stir / turn frequently.

Cut the Roastbeev into cubes. Add these and the mushrooms to the wok. Fold in the soy sauce, sambal oelek and salt.

Cook the Chinese noodles according to the instructions given on the packet and fold into the vegetables. Briefly heat up the work and season.
