Making Seitan is a simple affair: all you need is wheat, water, soy sauce, and some spices. It's the formula that Buddhist monks have stuck to for centuries. We celebrate our 25th birthday with a simple, well-crafted Seitan, honouring our roots in the Asian tradition that we adapted to western tastes.
