Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage, halve it and remove the stalk. Use a slicer to finely cut the cabbage up.

Halve the VEGANSLICES and cut into thin strips. Add to the cabbage. Peel the onion and cut into slices or rings. Fry in hot oil together with the rosemary until they have light brown colour. Fold in the garlic, balsamic vinegar, pepper and seasoned salt and pour over the cabbage and the VEGANSLICES whilst still hot.

Mix everything, let it sit (and soak!), cool down and then season again. Garnish with some vegan cheese cube. But: Don’t mix everything, otherwise the cheese will discolour!

Tipp: You can also serve the dish on hollowed out avocado halves.
