Cook the Spaetzle in slightly salted water (al dente).

Meanwhile, dice the Hot Dog sausages and cut the Seitan Medaillons into bits. Briefly fry together with the leek and the crushed garlic. Store in a warm place.

Peel the onions and cut into very fine strips. Fry in hot oil with some salt and paprika powder until they are crispy. Store in a warm place.

When the Spaetzle are done, let them drain in a sieve and fold into the fried Wheaty cubes. Season according to your own taste.

Serve on pre-heated plates, garnish with tomato and cucumber slices and parsley. Sprinkle the fried onions over the dish! Enjoy!
