Let the beans thoroughly drain. Chop up the garlic cloves. Cut the VEGANSLICES into small rectangles.
Lightly fry the beans with the VEGANSLICES, garlic and the rosemary twig in some olive oil. Lightly salt everything and then store in a cool place.
Clean the celery and cut into very thin slices. Peel and finely chop up the onion. Mix the celery and onion together with the parsley and fold into the beans.
Drizzle with very little olive oil and add some salt and pepper.
