Cut the VEGANSLICES into small rectangles.
Peel the cucumber and slice in half (lengthways). Deseed and cut into small cubes.
Slice the tomato open at the top half (cross-shaped) and blanch them until hot. Remove the skin, deseed and finely dice.
Wash the pepper, cut into quarters, deseed and also cut into small cubes.
Wash the apple, deseed and coarsely grate.
Cut and finely dice the onion.
Mix everything together in a bowl with the VEGANSLICES.
Mix the salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and olive oil until you get a creamy consistency. Pour over the salad and mix once again. Store in a cool place.
