Wash the apples, deseed and cut into fine strips. Wash the celery, peel it and also cut into thin strips.

Cut the Hot Dogs into thin slices and mix together with the vegetables and the lemon juice.

Finely chop up the nuts, mix the soya yoghurt with the spices and fold in together with the whipped cream. Mix all ingredients well, then store in a cold place. Let the ingredients rest for about an hour.

To serve, pour the filling into a hollowed out apple (or serve in small salad bowls).
